InsuredTrak helps policyholders think proactively about their temporary housing needs and provides property adjusters additional insight into Coverage D usage for every claim with Sedgwick’s temporary housing division.

Access booking confirmation numbers, check-in information, property address, and initial booking dates. Stay information is cached for offline access.
View directions to temporary hotel or long-term property, as well as nearby restaurants, gyms, or points of interest through Google Maps plug-in.
Modify housing needs
Update the number of adults, children, and pets, add hotel room preferences, or notify the Sedgwick housing search team of special requests for accommodations.
Request extensions when additional time in a hotel or temporary housing is needed and provide helpful status updates to adjusters on the progress of home repairs.
End a hotel stay early if a home becomes livable sooner than the expected check-out date to prevent wasted spending.
Select carrier customers can take pictures of receipts and upload them for adjusters to review for reimbursement.
