“My husband & I lost our home this summer due to a fire. That experience was extremely devastating; however, we, in addition to our pets, are blessed to be alive & well.
Although the fire was traumatic, we were fortunate to be connected almost immediately with Temporary Accommodations. The staff members are compassionate, understanding, concerned & listened too & provided our needs. Each individual responded to us in very professional & dedicated ways. Their commitment to doing a job well done is admirable.
One outstanding employee, Ms. Patricia Moncado, our main contact person, listened with compassion & a commitment to provide whatever we needed. I can still contact her today with ease. Ms. Moncado remains never too busy to listen to me, as support is provided on behalf of my husband, pets and myself. If she does not immediately have a response, she gathers what is needed & contacts us asap. Even when I unexpectedly entered the hospital for a few days, she provided support, concern for me, & commitment in making sure our needs were met. Her compassion for others is remarkable.
Per our request, Ms. Moncado made sure we were placed immediately in a very nice, fully furnished temporary accommodation the same week the fire occurred & in close proximity to our home.
I would highly recommend Temporary Accommodations to assist individuals & families during a time of need. YES, the employees are knowledgeable, dependable, reliable, enthusiastic, friendly, compassionate & courteous.

“After my husband and I’s house fire – Shelby & Haleigh got to work to help us and our 2 dogs find a place to stay. We connected with them at 3:30 am and within 5 min they got us in a hotel room and started sending us temporary housing options the same day! “Huge Kudos to Haleigh Shuler at Temporary Accommodations for her work finding my family of four long-term housing. We lost our house to a fire on December 20 2020 and she pulled through for us in a big way! It is a crazy housing market in our region and long-term rentals are far and few between. Haleigh kept an upbeat and awesome attitude even when I got difficult. She always went above and beyond when communicating information even well past her work hours since there was a three timezone difference between us. Our furniture delivery had issues and she was on top of it making sure things were fixed or delivered quicker than I thought possible.
