First, we collect, use, and share the information we need to conduct business. This includes:

- Individual policyholder claim information.

- All necessary information to obtain a lease including credit and personal information.
Second, when you create a ClaimTrak account or complete an online form to participate in a survey and/or download information, we may collect information, such as your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, etc. How we use your personal information The personal information we collect allows us to occasionally keep in contact with you. It also helps us to improve our services, content, and advertising. If you don’t want to be on our mailing list, you can opt-out anytime by updating your preferences.
From time to time, we may use your personal information to send important notices, such as information regarding transactions and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. Because this information is important to your interaction with TA, you may not opt-out of receiving these communications. We may also use personal information for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve TA’s products, services, and customer communications.

Cookies and Similar Technologies
In some of our email messages, we use a “click-through URL” linked to content on our website. We only share information as it is needed to handle an ALE claim placement. For example, policyholder information for temporary housing is shared with furniture and houseware providers. We may provide information when legally compelled to do so.
