George is a graduate of Hofstra University and joins TA after thirteen years in the insurance industry, most recently as a National Sales Manager for EFI Global. As our North Central Regional Account Manager, George is your face-to-face contact for all TA services in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington D.C.
George grew up in Long Island, NY, and moved to Ohio in 1998 to own and operate his first business. George founded Wellington Unlimited and was the President for thirteen years. In 2012, George accepted an opportunity to join Electronic Restoration Services (ERS) as the Director of Marketing and Business Development. ERS provides nationwide electronic restoration services for customers that have suffered from water, fire, or lightning damage. In his role as Director of Marketing, George oversaw the growth and development of key accounts while coordinating and managing various marketing campaigns.
In 2015, after three years with ERS, George was offered an Account Executive position with Unified Investigations (which would later merge with EFI Global). Starting as the Midwest Account Executive, covering everywhere from Indiana, to Kentucky, to New York, George was promoted to National Sales Manager for Unified after less than a year.
In 2021, after five and a half years with EFI Global, George joined Temporary Accommodations as our North Central Regional Account Manager, based in Cleveland, Ohio. In his free time, George enjoys volunteering with charitable causes, spending time with family, playing golf, and traveling.
Jordan Provencal is the Southeastern Regional Account Manager at Temporary Accommodations, covering, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi. She currently lives in Orlando, FL, and is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
Temporary Accommodations believes that every customer deserves our utmost attention. Jordan’s role is to not only introduce new customers to our services but also serve as a lasting resource for our contacts in the property and casualty industry. Jordan’s experience in the insurance industry and her ability to listen and provide insight to customers make her an exceptional representative for Temporary Accommodations.
After college Jordan began her first career in Business Development when she joined Baxter Restoration in Orlando. Baxter Restoration helps resolve property damage issues by restoring homes after they’ve been affected by fire, mold, water, or storm damage. Jordan worked for Baxter for almost four years. She excelled in her role and gained the admiration not only of her coworkers, but also her customers and other vendors in the insurance industry.
Jordan loves being part of a strong team. She is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching NFL and college football. Jordan was born in Boston, and is still a New England Patriots fan, though much of her family has moved with her to Orlando. In her free time, Jordan enjoys playing volleyball and golf, as well as volunteering with her church or going to the beach with her friends.
Shannon Lyons is the Western Regional Account Manager at Temporary Accommodations, covering, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
Keith joined the Temporary Accommodations team after two years with Servpro, and two years of working with CRDN textile restoration. He is and has been a first responder for more than a decade. TA gives our Account Managers the ability to grow their territory on a large scale. Keith started by connecting us with the entire homeowner insurance market in Houston and now manages a four state region. His network includes a broad range of both managers and adjusters.
TA provides the best tools to efficiently settle claims. Keith graduated from Texas State after studying Business Administration. His work strategy depends heavily on creating touch points, driving awareness of what we do at TA, and following up with our customers to thank them for using our service. Customer feedback is the best way our relocation specialists can improve processes. Internal communication and willingness to change keep us at #1.
