Housing Support Manager

After graduating from Stayer University with her associates degree in Accounting, Patrina Hemby worked in both the hotel and insurance industries. Dealing with crises motivated Patrina to seek new work helping people who needed help most. That’s how she found Temporary Accommodations in 2006, after the tragedy of Hurricane Katrina. Patrina now leads our Housing Specialist Support Team, providing continued support to families while they are in a temporary house from TA. The Housing Specialist Support Team is divided into regional specialist that handle any issues that come up during a policyholder’s lease term, as well as assist with move out procedures and deposit refunds. Patrina has a strong analytical mind, and a close attention to detail. She is a master scheduler and consistently ensures we align move outs, rental furniture pick-ups, and appliance rental returns. Patrina is currently working to enhance her team’s productivity by streamlining departmental communication and keeping new hire training up to date. Her vision for the future of TA is to remain the primary provider of temporary housing solutions for all carrier’s coast to coast and beyond.
